A case of huge prostate enlargement 134 gram reduces to 57 gram within 3 months with my research based medicine. patient has 1 episode of urine retention in November 2020 । again 2nd episode of urine retention occurred in july 2021, advised for surgery. patient came to my clinic as he was not willing for surgery. within 1 week after starting treatment catheter was removed, patient was able to pass urine with ease.
